Refund Policy AND TERMS & CONDITIONS
Beija Flor Darwin offers same day delivery Monday to Saturdays, to Darwin and Palmerston locations, given your order is placed before 10am. If for some reason we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you with alternative options.
We use a combination of our own refrigerated vans as well as sub contracted courier services when required. All business deliveries are completed between 8am and 4.30pm and all residence deliveries between 8am and 6pm. If you require delivery by a certain time please leave us a note with your order and we will try our best to accommodate your request, however this cannot be guaranteed.
We may contact the recipient ahead of delivery, due to the Darwin climate we will generally not leave flowers unattended. Please ensure you provide a mobile number for the recipient.
Once your delivery has been delivered you will receive an email update.
SUBSTITUTIONS OF FRESH PRODUCT
Beija Flor Darwin cannot guarantee the exact colour or variations of any cut flower product used in the arrangements. Our focus is on delivering the freshest selection and we will endeavour to make your display as gorgeous as possible.
REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS
Beija Flor Darwin does not offer refunds if you change your mind. Please see order cancellation policy below.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your flowers please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do to put things right.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us straight away. We cannot cancel your order if it has been delivered or is already on board with the delivery driver.
Refunds will be made by the original payment method and card payments may take 3-5 days to reach your account.
